EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
We only accept exchange of products and not return of products. Our customers have options for exchange of products within 03 days from the date they purchased.
In order for the Goods to be eligible for an exchange, please make sure that::
- The Goods were purchased in the last 03 days
- The products are in the original packaging with labels/ tags attached.
- If the product received does not match the size ordered by customer.
- If the product is damaged, worn, incomplete delivered to customer.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
- Please return goods with the original invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
If non of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refund regardless that the items have been mailed back to us.
RETURNING PRODUCTS
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:
P-171, Chenone Road, Peoples Colony No. 1, Faisalabad.
We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment.
DO YOU OFFER REFUND?
Only regular priced products may be refunded. Although, Products on sale or discounted products cannot be refunded.
In the case of REFUND, shipping charges will not be refunded.
